Overview

In Master of Science - Human Resource Management (Top-up) program the students will focus on integrating human resource management from strategy to application – which they will explore through a Dissertation and Supporting Research Methods workshops. This Master’s Stage Award is ideal if the student already have a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – or they have demonstrated the knowledge requirements to gain direct entry to the Master’s stage. Whether students worked in HRM/HRD for a number of years or they have recently moved into HRM/HRD – and they would like to progress into more senior management positions – this award provides techniques and academic theory to underpin their work.
