Overview

The MBA Global with placement programme is designed to enable students to enhance their knowledge of global business. It provides a comprehensive understanding of global issues and supports students to become effective global leaders. Learning on the programme will rely mostly on real-world industry scenarios. This will ensure that participants are equipped with the necessary skills and theoretical knowledge required to address contemporary business-related issues. The programme will explore a wide range of subject areas including: dynamics of global business and practice global entrepreneurship and innovation ethics and global corporate citizenship leading and managing change international data analytics financial resource management simulated learning projects business consultancy projects global supply chains strategic management and leadership marketing and sales in the future economy work-based project After the first year of study, students on the programme will embark on a mandatory one-year industry placement with any organisation of their choice. The placement year will provide students with the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained in their first year of study in a practical context. Students will be able to establish the link between academic theories and professional practice and in the process sharpen their skills. Student can find out more about placements here.
