You'll explore: Canadian healthcare systems, funding structures, regulations and policy. Patient-centred service management and delivery. Ethical and informed decision-making using data analytics, AI tools and emotional intelligence. How identity and systemic inequalities affect healthcare. The psychology of change and change management. Apply your skills in class Gain the academic knowledge and hands-on experience to manage complex healthcare environments effectively. This program blends traditional lectures with interactive discussions, practical labs, clinical simulations and real-world case studies — plus 392 hours of field placement where you’ll work with an experienced healthcare leader on a specific project to address a critical challenge. Embracing artificial intelligence for positive change As an emerging healthcare leader, it's important to understand the transformative role of artificial intelligence and machine learning in healthcare systems. In this program, you’ll explore how to incorporate these advanced technologies into existing healthcare infrastructures to improve decision-making, streamline operations and improve patient outcomes.
