Overview

Bachelor of Science in Computation and Cognition brings together computer science and brain science to study how intelligence works in both humans and machines. Students explore how cognitive processes can be modeled and applied to modern technology. This degree prepares graduates for careers in artificial intelligence, neuroscience, and advanced computing. Students develop skills in programming, machine learning, and data analysis alongside the study of brain function and cognitive systems. The curriculum offers flexibility to explore areas such as neural systems, cognitive modeling, and biologically inspired AI. Through interdisciplinary learning, students gain the ability to analyze and design intelligent systems. Graduates are prepared for roles in AI development, cognitive technology, and research, or for further study in neuroscience, computer science, and related fields. This degree supports those interested in understanding and building intelligent systems from both scientific and technological perspectives.
